Federally Sponsored, Locally Strengthened
Any fees or charges imposed by the U.S. Foreign-Trade Zones Board are separate from fees charged by the Grantee or FTZ No. 79 Board, on behalf of the Grantee, and shall be payable by the Zone Operator of the affected FTZ site, or as apportioned by the FTZ No. 79 Board among the FTZ sites when appropriate. Under no circumstances will the Grantee be liable for or responsible for any U.S. Foreign-Trade Zones Board fees or charges.
Fees charged by the U.S. Foreign-Trade Zones Board are published at 15 CFR §400.29. Applications combining requests for more than one type of approval are subject to the fee for each category.
